4. Weight and Quantity of Products

Fresh chicken is sold based on the applicable quantity or weight displayed during ordering.

Because chicken is a fresh food product, there may be minor variations between the ordered quantity and the final packed quantity.

Where the final weight differs from the ordered quantity, the applicable price may be adjusted accordingly where our ordering system permits such adjustment.

For products sold by piece or pack, the quantity will generally be based on the product description displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Product Quality and Freshness

Danish Foods makes reasonable efforts to supply fresh and hygienically handled products.

Our products are handled, packed, and stored according to applicable food-safety and hygiene requirements.

Customers should:

  • Cook raw chicken thoroughly before consumption.

Once a product has been delivered and accepted by the customer, Danish Foods cannot be responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage, handling, transportation after delivery, or failure to follow storage instructions.

However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or demonstrably unsuitable product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

For food-safety reasons, we may request photographs or other evidence and may require the product to be retained for inspection.
